We at Athens Animal Clinic care for our clients
with the same understanding and compassion we would want for
ourselves. Our patients are each valued as individuals and are
treated as if they were our own.
Our mission is to strive to make each client and their pet feel
comfortable and safe in our care. We do this by extending care and
compassion as our first priority and by offering the best and most
up-to-date technologies for the pet in every situation whether we
are able to provide such techniques in house or by referral.
Athens is an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital
Association. This association sets standards for quality pet care in
veterinary hospitals. As a member, we voluntarily uphold the
association’s high standards in 20 different areas, including
patient care, surgery, pharmacy, laboratory, exam facilities, pet
health records, cleanliness, emergency services, dental and nursing
care, diagnostic imaging, anesthesiology, and continuing education.
We have been serving the community since 1971. We are located 2
blocks north of Mill Race Park at 1505 N. Indianapolis Rd. (formerly
Hwy. 11) here in Columbus, IN. We offer 24 hour cooperative
emergency services for established clientele. |
